If you want to keep the particular photo only as your wallpaper then you may select the option that says Set Home Screen. If you want the photo to appear on your Lock Screen then click on Set Lock Screen. Or you may simply click on Set Both and the picture would appear on both your lock screen as well as wallpaper.
You may also choose a photo from you photo album and click on the option on the left corner of your screen (downwards), and choose to set the image as wallpaper.
